Reverse Lookup
Reverse Lookup answers “who lives there?” and “who called me?” using public records, right from your own app.
Three Ways to Search
Switch between three tabs depending on what you’re starting from:
- Address: enter an address and get back the property record (owner, bed/bath count, square footage, year built, lot size, style, appraised and land value, last sale price and date, zoning, and notable features, with a link to the full assessor record) plus a list of people known to live there.
- Name: search a person’s name to get back their known phone numbers (tap to call), up to three associated addresses, and known associates.
- Phone: search a phone number to identify who it belongs to, with the same address and associate details.
Where the Data Comes From
Property records come from public assessor data; people records come from a public directory service. Both draw on information that’s already public, not anything MaiPai Home collects on its own.
A Note on Use
This is meant for your own personal reference: figuring out a neighbor, checking an unfamiliar caller, or looking into a property you’re curious about. It isn’t a substitute for a background-check service and shouldn’t be used for anything that requires one (screening a tenant, an employee, or a loan applicant).
A Note on the Internet
Reverse Lookup needs a connection; both the property and people records are fetched live.
